• Primary colors: black with red accents.
• Typeface: industrial, sans-serif, bold, and solid, representing strength and stability.

Logo Concept: The logo represents the overall journey of SADECO’s formation and development, closely associated with and contributing significantly to the growth of the southern area of Ho Chi Minh City, with each red dot symbolizes the location of a SADECO project within the master plan of the South Saigon New Urban Area.
