• SADECO aims to be a leading enterprise in land clearance and compensation, land development, and real estate investment and construction within the South Saigon New Urban Area.

Mission

1. Historic political mission: To implement land compensation and clearance for 2,600 hectares as directed by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, facilitating the development of the North Nha Be – South Binh Chanh corridor (now Nguyen Van Linh Boulevard) and the South Saigon New Urban Area (including Phu My Hung Urban Area), as well as investing in the construction of spacious and modern resettlement areas with full amenities, contributing to urban beautification and improving the living standards for the community.
2. Economic development mission: To invest in building and operating mid-range urban areas across Vietnam, with fully integrated technical and social infrastructure systems, contributing to an enhanced “quality of life” for residents and customers, centered on the values of: Green – Convenient – Safe.
