Phuoc Kien Settlement Area (Phase 1), located in Nha Be Commune, is one of the resettlement areas supporting projects within the Saigon South New Urban Area. The project is approximately 5 km from the city center along the North - South corridor along Nguyen Huu Tho Street, and about 3km from Phu My Hung Urban Area via Le Van Luong - Nguyen Van Linh.

Planned with a total of 824 units, including villas and terraced houses, the development features a low building density of just 33%.
