The Tan Quy Dong Settlement Area, located in Tan Hung Ward, covers a total area of 18.36 hectares. The project is situated approximately 3 km from Ho Chi Minh City’s central districts along the North–South corridor, and is in close proximity to key commercial destinations such as Lotte Mart and Tan My Market.

As one of the early resettlement developments in Vietnam, the project initially accommodated 400 households and was among the first in the country to implement a wastewater treatment facility with a capacity of 500m³ per day and night. This system ensures environmental protection for Thay Tieu Canal and contributes to a greener living environment for the entire area. The project was also recognized by the City’s Department of Science, Technology and Environment and included in the “Green Book 2001.”

With a fully completed infrastructure system including roads, power supply, water supply, drainage, and street lighting, the development is complemented by public facilities such as parks, kindergartens, and community cultural centers. These amenities are built in accordance with national standards, ensuring a well-rounded living environment that supports residential, commercial, educational, and cultural activities.
