The Worker Accommodation Complex at Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone is a project that reflects SADECO’s strong commitment to corporate social responsibility. Developed to provide affordable, stable, and well-equipped accommodation for workers, the project was launched in 2002 on a 1.48-hectare site in Tan Thuan Ward.

The complex comprises six buildings ranging from 5 to 6 storeys, with a total capacity of up to 3,000 residents. Designed to support the daily needs and well-being of workers, the development offers a comprehensive range of facilities both within the premises and in the surrounding area.
